What You'll Be Doing:

  • Dream up and execute epic research plans that leave no stone unturned—survey design, data crunching, you name it
  • Partner with top-tier external agencies to amp up your data game.
  • Lead deep-dive interviews, high-energy focus groups, and seamless usability tests to get right to the heart of what customers want.
  • Slice and dice the data with killer qualitative and quantitative analysis to reveal the trends nobody else saw coming.
  • Craft reports and presentations that don't just inform—they ignite action across the company
  • Work hand-in-hand with product managers, marketing geniuses, and data wizards to turn insights into cutting-edge solutions.
  • Stay on top of industry trends like it's second nature. You're not just part of the conversation—you're leading it.

What You'll Need:

  • 2-3 years in the trenches of market research, customer experience, or user experience roles (bonus points if it's within financial services).
  • The kind of analytical brain that sees problems as puzzles waiting to be solved.
  • Deep love for UX/CX research methodologies—you know them inside out.
  • Excel mastery is a must, but if you've got skills in SPSS, Python, or R, you're speaking our language
