JOB SUMMARY

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Must have completed NYSCSkills and Experience Required: You’re a team player, proactive and know how to contribute and make an impact. Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets and sales quotas. Strong knowledge and experience with sales tools and technologies e.g Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Proficient in Google Workspace, Google Docs, Slides and Sheets. Strong communication skills via phone and email. Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills. Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization. Must be committed to continuous personal development, and willing to put in 20-60 hours into learning and development monthly. Must be collaborative, work well in a team, and also trustworthy enough to take initiative and get things done with little or no supervision. RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrate the company's added-value through presentations, and proposals uniquely positioned to customer needs, by using knowledge of products and services, as well as customer research. Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account / Sales Executives in next steps. Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook. Utilize HubSpot, Salesforce, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities. Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services. Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives & Managers. Report to Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
