JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or HND in HR or related field (min. 3 years experience) Proven experience in HR with strong working knowledge of Nigerian labor law. Excellent communication, interpersonal, & organizational skills. RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description We're seeking a talented and organized HR Manager to join our team in Oke-Bola, Ibadan. You'll be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.Duties Oversee all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, training, & employee relations. Manage payroll & benefits administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws & regulations. Foster a positive & productive work environment.
