ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare Asset, Liability and Capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Document Financial transaction and reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Develop and implement appropriate accounting processes.
  • Develop, review and implement credit control measures and facilitates debit recovery model
  • Process payment to partners and vendors.
  • Budget preparation , account reconciliation and formulation of the company’s yearly financial analyses and projection.
  • Prepare regular monthly, quarterly and year end financial reports and account statements ensuring accuracy and timelines.
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures.
  • Manage financial expenditure, including accruals , accounts payable, running costs, staff expenses, administrative costs, Vat, Taxation and other statutory.
  • Maintain professionalism in all duties including confidentiality in financial processes.
  • Remittance of statutory payment promptly.
  • Manages book-keeping and accounting procedures, ensuring they are in accordance with established processes and procedures.
  • Follow-up with the Client services ensuring all remitted cash, transfer, cheques, are in accordance with the bill or invoices on the EMR and Excel sheet.
  • Completion of all On-boarding activities for each new staff.
  • Coordinate monthly stock taking and report.
  • Participate in quarterly performance assessment.
