Head of Sales and Marketing

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.Provide visionary leadership to the sales and marketing team, setting clear goals and objectivesOversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring the achievement of revenue targetsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, advertising materials, and digital marketing strategies.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional developmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionUtilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategiesPrepare regular reports on key performance metrics and present findings to senior managementDevelop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the real estate industry.Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.Proven experience in team management and development.Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulations.Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.Location: Preferably lives on the island or a commutable distance to Lekki phase 1
