Production Lead

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations within production plant.Manage and lead a team of production workers, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.Monitor production processes to optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce waste.Ensure employee shift schedules are optimal for utilization of available human resourcesEnsure production plans are efficient to meet production targets and minimize waste Collaborate with the maintenance team to address equipment issues and ensure smooth production flow.Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are strictly adhered to.Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance skills and performance.Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality control measures.Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics and quality assurance, to meet production goalsImplement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Implement procedures to address products defects
