Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate office administrative tasks efficiently.Oversee the logistical aspects of office operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and procurement.Collaborate with various departments to optimize logistics processes and enhance overall efficiencyEnsure timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and deliveries.Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stock levels.Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to negotiate contracts and ensure timely deliveries.Implement and maintain effective systems for tracking and reporting logistics metrics.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and other company activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.Strong background in logistics and supply chain management.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
