Overview

  • A Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products, services, or brands. This role involves crafting innovative approaches to reach target audiences, analyzing market trends, managing advertising efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
Strategy Development:

  • Conceptualize and formulate streamlined and user-friendly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, understand market trends, and assess competitor activities.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including budgeting, timelines, and key performance indicators KPIs.

Campaign Execution:

  • Organize and oversee advertising and communication campaigns across various channels social media, TV, print, digital, etc..
  • Manage the production of marketing materials brochures, flyers, digital content, etc. ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on ROI.

Brand Management:

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and image.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct brand awareness and perception studies.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and optimize the company's website and social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve online presence.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify customer needs and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to achieve business goals.
  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 - 5 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in marketing and advertising.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
