Responsibilities:

Schedule meetings and appointmentsDraft lettersMake delivery on behalf of EmployerLiaise with vendors on employer’s behalfLiaise with external people on employer’s behalfTo pick up documents or drop off documentsArrange deliveries on my behalfAssist employer with bank errands Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointmentsMake travel arrangementsTake dictation and minutesSource office suppliesProduce reports, presentations and briefsDevise and maintain office filing system.


Requirements:

Proven work experience of 1 - 3 years as a Personal AssistantKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresMS Office and English proficiencyMust be Computer SavvyOutstanding organizational and time management skillsUp-to-date with latest office gadgets and applicationsAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadExcellent verbal and written communications skillsDiscretion and confidentialityMinimum qualification is a degreeTech-savvy and experienced with word processing and email programs.


Remuneration: NGN 200,000 net
