  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support toa prominent figure in the entertainment industry.
  • The Personal Assistant will play a key role in managing the day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth operation of professional and personal affairs.
  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and oversee logistics for events, appearances, and projects.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of documents, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents and information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the entertainment industry and key players is a plus.
  • Ideal candidates must be between years old.
