JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management and logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical, retail and  FMCG sectors.Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics management principles.Proven experience in managing logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations.Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.Proficient in supply chain management software and ERP systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.Personal Attributes:Strategic thinker with a focus on operational efficiency.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships at all levels of the company and with external partners.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.Proactive and innovative in identifying and solving problems.The successful candidate for the Supply Chain and Logistics Manager role will play a crucial part in elevating operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for our client, contributing to the achievement of ambitious growth targets through streamlined supply chain and logistics operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement innovative supply chain and logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.Manage and coordinate logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services seamlessly.Ensure optimal inventory management to maintain ideal stock levels.Analyze and optimize logistical procedures to minimize costs while maximizing speed and efficiency.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.Negotiate contracts and manage agreements with logistics service providers.Monitor logistics to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.Implement cutting-edge technologies and processes to elevate supply chain efficiency.Prepare and manage the logistics and supply chain budget effectively.Analyze shipping and delivery data to identify bottlenecks and enhance processes.Ensure compliance with international and local supply chain and logistics regulations.Lead, manage, and develop the supply chain and logistics team.
