Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales and repair process.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in selecting the rightproducts based on their requirements.
- Provide information about product features, specifications, and pricing.
- Coordinate and schedulerepair services, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
- Keep customers informed about the repair process, estimated timelines, and any potential delays.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the repair team to ensure smooth communication.
- Conduct follow-up with customers post-repair to ensure satisfaction and address any post-service concerns.
- Implement and manage customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights on customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or mobile device industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of iPhone products and features.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
- Sales experience is a plus.
