JOB SUMMARY
Candidates should possess an O'level qualificationsAt least two years of experience in a warehouse or logistics roleKnowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping processesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring and supervision of crops and livestock planting process and procedures, maintenance, harvesting, control and compliance.Performs proactive crop and live stock protection analysis and evaluation on a regular basis and make recommendations based on the result of the evaluation.Develops and maintain effective communications between corporate management other employees and any other individuals that affect the operations of the farm.Perform related duties as required.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouseMaintain accurate inventory records and perform regular quality checksEnsure all shipments are processed promptly and accuratelySupervise a team of warehouse staff and provide training as neededImplement and enforce safety procedures to create a safe working environmentCollaborate with other departments to coordinate shipments and resolve any issuesMonitor and optimize warehouse efficiency to meet productivity goalsAssist with inventory forecasting and planning to meet customer demandsPerform regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
