RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative Support: Personal assistants often handle a variety of administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence emails, letters, phone calls.
- Travel Arrangements: They may be responsible for making travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and preparing itineraries. This can also include arranging visas and other necessary documentation.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Personal assistants often coordinate meetings and events on behalf of their employer. This can involve scheduling meeting times, reserving meeting spaces, coordinating catering, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
- Document Management: Personal assistants may be tasked with managing documents and files, including organizing electronic and physical files, drafting and proofreading documents, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Communication Liaison: They often act as a liaison between their employer and other individuals or organizations, relaying messages, responding to inquiries, and managing communication channels.
