JOB SUMMARY

Requirements include a BSc / MSc Degree in Business Administration or a related field; possessing certification in Sales or Marketing would be advantageous. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences. Proficiency in communicating, presenting, and influencing effectively across all organizational levels. Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure, with a sharp business acumen and industry expertise. Previous experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector is a must, along with solid technical knowledge in software development and web technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, coupled with strong organizational abilities such as attention to detail and multitasking.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales assistants (or sales associates) play a key role in customer interactions, engaging with customers to market and sell products while providing support, guidance, and information on promotions. Duties include presenting and promoting company products to existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service, organizing sales presentations, updating customer records, inputting data, describing product features, analyzing sales data, investigating inventory discrepancies, and offering tailored product recommendations. Staying updated on product details and providing comprehensive information to customers, preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, analyzing expenses, and promptly reporting any issues to management.
