You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations and supporting the brand's growth.Key Responsibilities
Operational Support:
Assist in managing daily operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
Help manage inventory and track production timelines.
Customer Relations:
Assist in managing customer service operations and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints effectively.
Support strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
Marketing and Sales Support:
Assist in implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Support the marketing team in managing advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
Help analyze market trends and consumer feedback.
Financial and Administrative Tasks:
Assist in preparing and managing budgets for various operations.
Track expenses and help optimize operational costs.
Maintain records and report on financial performance and operational metrics.
Requirements
Experience:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus but not required.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using business management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
