Job Summary: Manage and develop a territory to achieve business objectives, drive sales, and optimize distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business objectives and sales drivers for the territory.
  • Implement outlet coverage strategy, maintain database of relevant outlets, and ensure proper servicing.
  • Supervise secondary sales team, drive products availability, and manage performance.
  • Coaching and accompaniment with secondary sales force to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop distribution, add new markets, outlets, and vans.
  • Manage KD staff, sales reps, and KPO, review daily.
  • Manage KD warehouse, maintain FIFO, stacking norm, and stock norm.
  • Monitor and manage execution of promotional activities in assigned territory.
  • Lead market intelligence gathering and competitor activity monitoring.

Requirements:

  • University degree in any discipline.
  • Three to five years experience in a reputable company.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player with ability to drive team to success.
  • Mobile and flexible in terms of location.
  • Previous experience in food industry, preferably edible oil sector, advantageous.
