Solar Sales Director

SAKO SOLAR POWER is seeking a highly experienced Solar Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train the sales team to improve overall sales performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential dealers of solar inverters and negotiate business deals.
- Supervise the execution of the sales plan, ensure completion of sales tasks, and monitor sales performance.
- Understand customer needs, provide satisfactory service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in solar sales with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
