JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of proven managerial experience (Preferably in advertising or communications)Strong business acumenExceptional leadership skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with MS Office and Google Office packagesDemonstrated experience in working with tight deadlines.Ability to take initiative

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations of the businessCoordinate and oversee all technical activities ranging from design to installation and maintenance of outdoor advertisement projects.Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure the company's survival and growth.Develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain business goals.Design and oversee business development activities of the businessAssess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.Manage and motivate staff through excellent leadership skillsReceive and review reports from subordinates and prepare summary reports for top management.
