JOB SUMMARY
- Business development managers are responsible for contributing to generating sales for our company.
- You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our services to then and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Your goal will be to drive sales and contribute to the growth of the company deals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Identify and engage potential clients, establishing strong relationships.
- Answer questions about service or the company.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Present our products and services in a compelling and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
REQUIREMENT
- A degree in sales or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales in an advertisement or branding agency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Sales-driven mindset, motivated to achieve business objectives.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
