Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales strategy forward. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that meet and exceed our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands our client base and establishes our company as a leader in the healthcare industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed customer acquisition and revenue growth targets
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand our client base
  • Identify and develop sales and services that appeal to new clients
  • Manage company and client expectations
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
  • Create and execute sales pitches
  • Arrange business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
  • Negotiate sales contracts
  • Manage records of sales, revenue, and other important data
  • Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Cultivate positive interactions and relationships with representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives
  • Motivate team members to exceed expected goals
  • Develop ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
  • Research the market and industry trends

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Msc/MBA in business administration or a related field will be an added advantage
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
