JOB SUMMARY

Weare seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SalesManagers in our sales team in the automobile industry. These Sales Managers will be responsiblefor developing and implementing sales strategies, drive sales growth, set salestargets, ensure customer satisfaction and ensure the effective execution ofsales activities to achieve the company's revenue goals. Theideal candidate must have excellent leadership skills and a proven track recordof achieving sales targets. Strong background and experience in automotivesales will be added advantage.Job Role: Sales Manager - Automobile Industry.Job Location: LagosJob Type: Full-TimeSalary:Very attractive.Commission:0.7% on all Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy Development and Execution:Developand implement regional sales strategies to maximize and achievesales targets and business objectives within assigned territoriesor dealerships.Analyzemarket trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identifyopportunities and inform sales strategies.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensureeffective coordination and alignment of sales and marketing initiatives.Monitorand capitalize on market trends and competitor activities to identifyopportunities for sales and growth.Customer Relationship Management:Buildand maintain strong relationships with customers.Ensurehigh levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.Develop andmaintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.Addressand resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.Performance Monitoring:Monitorand analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, to identifyareas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.Prepareregular sales reports for senior management.Provideregular reports and updates to senior management on the sales performance andstrategic initiatives.Collaboration:Collaboratewith marketing and product teams to develop promotional activities.Coordinatewith finance and administration to ensure smooth sales operations.Participatein industry events, trade shows,customer meetingsand network to enhance and promote the company's brandpresence and buildrelationships. Qualifications:Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Extensiveexperience of over 15 years in sales management, with at least 10 years in amanagerial role.Proventrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growthin a regional or territory-based sales role.Essential Skills:Strategicplanning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies alignedwith business goals.Strongunderstanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and customer service.Strongleadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate anddevelop a high-performing sales team.Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivelynegotiate and build relationships with dealers, customers and stakeholders.Proficientin the use of sales management tools and technologies, such as MS Office andCRM systems, sales forecasting, and performance reporting.Abilityto work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
