**Job Overview**

We are Marbleclear Limited, a leading company in the plastic chemical industry. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team.

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this role is ₦5,500,000 - ₦8,250,000 per annum.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer needs and requirements to maintain and grow business relationships
  • Lead customer relations management and develop new markets
  • Achieve sales targets within designated territory
  • Lead a local Nigerian team of 4 sales personnel to meet territory targets
  • Create strategic plans for the territory, including monthly, weekly sales, and collection plans
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports for decision-making
  • Systematically visit customers to generate leads, close orders, and increase market penetration
  • Follow up on deliveries with logistics and ensure collections are made within credit period
  • Attend technical discussions with customers and forward developments to the laboratory
  • Conduct product trials with customers to gain approvals and commercialize products
  • Coordinate with the R&D team to resolve customer complaints
  • Update customer database and market mapping system
  • Monitor competitor activities and implement counterstrategies to improve market share

**Requirements:

  • HND/BSC in Engineering, Business Administration or any relevant field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the Chemical or Plastics industry
  • Strong understanding of compounding and application knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
