As a key Account Manager, you will develop long-term relationships with clients across Nigeria, connecting with business executives and stakeholders to deliver successful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Act as a link between Product Engineering and Pre-Sales Teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage Field Activation Officers in assigned territory.
  • Provide Sales Support and/or Professional Services for implementation.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Understand the FMCG distribution chain.
  • Monitor and analyse customer's product usage.
  • Onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing relationships.

Experience:

  • Strong understanding of digital solutions across Payments, Ordering, Marketing solutions and B2B marketplaces.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep digital understanding.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
