JOB SUMMARY
Key Requirements Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-5 years experience. Previous experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description We are currently in need of a growth lead who would spearhead the marketing efforts to achieve ambitious growth targets. He/She will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven growth strategies across various marketing channels.Key Duties Develop business growth architecture for lead generation and business acquisition. Define required channels to improve user experience and engagement with product. Develop and consolidate B2B and B2C partnerships of the company. Improve and oversee the entire process and structure for business growth, marketing, expansion and diversification. Create systems to attract and generate seed funding and angel investing Collaborate with operations, software and customer support team maintain positive user experience. Constantly conduct research to understand the industry need that would make better service delivery.
