JOB SUMMARY
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator. - Strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills and social media management.Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual design and storytelling.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.Manage and oversee social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing reports and insights to optimize strategies.Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Content Creation:Create high-quality, engaging, and original content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats, tailored to each social media platform.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content themes, campaigns, and calendar schedules. - Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and messaging.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to bring fresh and innovative ideas. 3. Campaign Management:Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote products, services, or events.Track and measure the success of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.Community Engagement:Build and nurture a community around the brand, fostering strong relationships with followers and influencers.Organize and participate in events to build brand awareness and engagement.Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and agencies when necessary.
