Security Officer

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the surveillance cameras and escalate any issues to management.
- Ensure that staff comply with all company security policies and procedures.
- Respond to security incidents, such as alarms and suspicious activity, and take appropriate action.
- Conduct security checks of buildings and grounds to identify and report any safety hazards or potential security breaches.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, observations, and activities.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with staff, visitors, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of OND in any field.
- Proven computer literacy and proficiency in reviewing surveillance cameras.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a security officer role or a related field.
- Strong observation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new security protocols and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
