JOB SUMMARY
Requirements
- Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 7 years of experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure a safe and efficient work environment by utilizing best practices to manage resources, services, and processes.
- Coordinate daily operations at office and operational sites.
- Oversee office space planning and maintenance, manage contracts and service agreements.
- Supervise fleet management, vendor selection, budgeting, inventory management, and facility projects finalization.
- Manage auxiliary services such as cleaning, waste disposal, and maintenance.
- Handle insurance plans and service contracts.
