Join our team as an Insurance Sales Strategist and play a key role in driving sales growth and excellence in our retail insurance business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with advisors to understand customer needs and develop effective sales approaches.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client accounts.
- Manage and maintain sales reports and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM database.
- Escalate operational and administrative issues to the ASM/Group Head.
- Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable institution.
- Professional qualifications in insurance or a related field (e.g. CII, CIIN) are an advantage.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Financial Services, with 2 years in insurance business underwriting, sales, or operations.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to inform sales strategies.
- High degree of professionalism and good business etiquette.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
