Insurance Sales Strategist

Join our team as an Insurance Sales Strategist and play a key role in driving sales growth and excellence in our retail insurance business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with advisors to understand customer needs and develop effective sales approaches.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client accounts.
  • Manage and maintain sales reports and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM database.
  • Escalate operational and administrative issues to the ASM/Group Head.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable institution.
  • Professional qualifications in insurance or a related field (e.g. CII, CIIN) are an advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Financial Services, with 2 years in insurance business underwriting, sales, or operations.
Desirable Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to inform sales strategies.
  • High degree of professionalism and good business etiquette.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
  • Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
