- We're hiring a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our Modern Trade division. This role entails managing a sales team, driving growth through modern retail channels, and ensuring effective sales strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales representatives to achieve targets.
- Develop strategic sales plans to expand market share in modern trade.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences for growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and enhance profitability.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and initiatives.
Skills and Competencies:
- 5+ years in modern trade sales management with proven revenue growth.
- Strong leadership to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical prowess in sales and market trends.
- Knowledgeable in retail operations, consumer behavior, and competition.
- Bachelor's degree/ HND in Business or Marketing; Master's preferred.
- Proficient in CRM, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.
