Job Summary

Develop and manage digital marketing strategies for a leading organization in Africa, with a focus on brand visibility, lead generation, and campaign execution.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
    • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, increase website traffic, and drive conversions through multiple channels.
    • Utilize advanced SEO practices to optimize website and content for search engines, increasing organic traffic and ensuring high visibility.
  • Lead Generation & CRM Management:
    • Leverage CRM systems to identify and engage leads, and create targeted digital campaigns to nurture prospects and convert leads into clients or event attendees.
  • Content Creation & Management:
    • Oversee the creation and management of high-quality content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Social Media Engagement:
    • Lead social media efforts, crafting engaging posts, managing online communities, and responding to inquiries to grow audience engagement and drive participation in events and programs.
  • Campaign Execution:
    • Design, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC advertising, and social media ads, aimed at increasing participation in W2A events and programs.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, and create regular reports that provide insights on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work closely with internal teams, especially sales and business development, to align digital marketing strategies with broader organizational goals and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in communications, digital marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns that drive brand growth and sales.
  • Expertise:
    • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo for lead management, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
    • Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools, with proven success in improving organic search rankings and driving traffic.
    • Excellent writing and communication skills, with ability to craft compelling content across a range of digital platforms.
    • Strong organizational abilities, with experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
    • Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to measure performance and optimize strategies based on data.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary:
    • N200,000.00 - N250,000.00 per month, commensurate with experience.
