Develop and manage digital marketing strategies for a leading organization in Africa, with a focus on brand visibility, lead generation, and campaign execution.
Job Responsibilities:-
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, increase website traffic, and drive conversions through multiple channels.
- Utilize advanced SEO practices to optimize website and content for search engines, increasing organic traffic and ensuring high visibility.

Lead Generation & CRM Management:
- Leverage CRM systems to identify and engage leads, and create targeted digital campaigns to nurture prospects and convert leads into clients or event attendees.

Content Creation & Management:
- Oversee the creation and management of high-quality content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic goals.

Social Media Engagement:
- Lead social media efforts, crafting engaging posts, managing online communities, and responding to inquiries to grow audience engagement and drive participation in events and programs.

Campaign Execution:
- Design, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC advertising, and social media ads, aimed at increasing participation in W2A events and programs.

Performance Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, and create regular reports that provide insights on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams, especially sales and business development, to align digital marketing strategies with broader organizational goals and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in communications, digital marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns that drive brand growth and sales.

Expertise:
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo for lead management, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools, with proven success in improving organic search rankings and driving traffic.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with ability to craft compelling content across a range of digital platforms.
- Strong organizational abilities, with experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to measure performance and optimize strategies based on data.

- N200,000.00 - N250,000.00 per month, commensurate with experience.
