Business Development Manager

Join PowerHouse Multimedia as a Business Development Manager and drive sales growth through strategic partnerships and lead generation.

About the Job
  • Research and identify key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Secure Sales Qualified Appointments (SQAs) and assist in moving qualified leads through the sales funnel.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategy to drive business growth.
  • Generate new business and cold call prospective clients to expand our customer base.
  • Attract new clients through strategic partnerships and lead generation.
  • Research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects to increase revenue.
  • Making sales projections and forecasting revenue to inform business decisions.
  • Increase profitability by building strategic partnerships and negotiating contracts.
  • Nurture and develop relationships with key business accounts to drive repeat business.
  • Make strategic business decisions to drive growth and revenue.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure new business and expand our customer base.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients to showcase our services.
  • Train sales team to develop their skills and improve sales performance.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Partner with operations manager to ensure completion of campaigns and projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders daily to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI's to drive business success.
  • Use Hubspot CRM to track sales leads and inform business decisions.
  • Generate 2-3 strong sales leads within the first 30 days to drive business growth.
  • Keep shared calendars, spreadsheets, and project trackers updated with current information.
  • Coordinate cross-channel communication including email, direct mail, SMS, and social.
Who You Are:
  • Experienced in business-to-business sales growth and/or retail account acquisition.
  • Passionate about helping companies grow in brand awareness and revenue.
  • Teachable, positive, self-managed, professional, and dependable.
  • Looking to impact the company significantly with your skills and ideas.
  • Adaptable with strong leadership skills.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, business to business plus.
  • Background in sales, brand development, or marketing.
  • Customer service orientated.
  • 1+ year in the OOH Out of Home advertising industry working for a marketing, advertising or media agency.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Inbound sales method to generate leads.
  • Digital Marketing experience plus.
