Job Summary

  • The Office Assistant/Cleaner will be assigned the duty and responsibility of the basic cleaning of and around the facility or office building.
  • The Office Assistant will also assist in any other office duty.

Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Keep the business area clean.
  • Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas with the necessary items.
  • Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, clean ceiling vents, restrooms, and other laundry equipment.
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
  • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
  • Refill supplies, such as chemicals and laundry items.
  • Request order of new cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Assist customers to carry laundry items.
  • Confirm customers' laundries upon pick-up.
  • Run official errands.

Educational Qualification and Experience

  • A minimum qualification of SSCE.
  • Must have 1-2 years of experience as an Office Assistant.
