  • This position focuses on offering administrative assistance to our executives to ensure the seamless operation of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies inventory and process orders
  • Create regular reports regarding expenses and office budgets
  • Update and maintain company databases
  • Establish a filing system for crucial and confidential company documents
  • Address inquiries from employees and customers
  • Revise office policies when necessary
  • Maintain a company calendar and arrange appointments
  • Reserve meeting rooms as required
  • Handle distribution and storage of correspondence such as letters, emails, and packages
  • Generate reports and presentations containing statistical data as delegated
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Schedule internal and external events

Requirements

  • Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree / HND in a relevant field along with 2 years of professional experience.
  • Must be located in Lagos Island Lekki or nearby areas
  • Demonstrated work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar position
  • Thorough understanding of office protocols
  • Familiarity with office management tools like MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word, specifically
  • Strong organizational abilities with a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Capacity to multitask and effectively prioritize workload
