Job Description
- The ideal candidate should be highly organized with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and efficiently handle multiple tasks.
- This position focuses on offering administrative assistance to our executives to ensure the seamless operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies inventory and process orders
- Create regular reports regarding expenses and office budgets
- Update and maintain company databases
- Establish a filing system for crucial and confidential company documents
- Address inquiries from employees and customers
- Revise office policies when necessary
- Maintain a company calendar and arrange appointments
- Reserve meeting rooms as required
- Handle distribution and storage of correspondence such as letters, emails, and packages
- Generate reports and presentations containing statistical data as delegated
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Schedule internal and external events
Requirements
- Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree / HND in a relevant field along with 2 years of professional experience.
- Must be located in Lagos Island Lekki or nearby areas
- Demonstrated work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar position
- Thorough understanding of office protocols
- Familiarity with office management tools like MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word, specifically
- Strong organizational abilities with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Capacity to multitask and effectively prioritize workload
