Senior Specialist, FX validation and Reporting

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Responsible for developing frameworks, procedures, and templates for Trade Obligation Dashboard and Reports
  • Leading operations in preparing and presenting weekly and bi-monthly Trade Exposure reports to the Asset and Liability Committee and EXCO
  • Ensuring FX purchase eligibility and Trade Documentation adequacy for Trade customers seeking FX for Trade obligations settlement
  • Managing FX blotter to oversee FX delivery status and limits compliance
  • Engaging with the SBU for advisory services and addressing enquiries on Trade Obligations and FX records
  • Administering collaboration with Treasury and FX related departments on FX position records and reports
  • Conducting training and capacity enhancement for Trade Specialists

Experience

  • 5-7 years experience in Trade Services Functions

Education

  • First Degree in any discipline
  • Trade and Professional Certification preferred
  • Advanced Excel Skills essential
