JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Education: BA/BS, with a preference for MBA 5+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years in an operating role within a high-growth technology business or a minimum of 2 years in a strategy consulting role or similar role with a rigorous approach to analytical thinking Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address bottlenecks. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building trust and rapport across all levels. Demonstrated project management expertise, with a track record of successful execution. Deep understanding of the B2B FinTech landscape and emerging trends. Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring operational efficiency across the organization. You'll be the trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring seamless operations, optimizing workflows, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve Duplo's goals.Duties Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute Duplo's priorities, initiatives, and strategies. Oversee day-to-day operations and streamline processes across departments to optimize efficiency and productivity. Implement best practices and systems to enhance organizational effectiveness. Produce detailed monthly and quarterly reports that provide a 360 view into company-wide performance and provide actionable insights; Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports as needed for board meetings and investor relations. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing support on key decision-making, agenda setting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee critical projects and initiatives, driving them from ideation to successful execution Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimize resources, and improve operational efficiency. Implement best practices and tools to support scalable growth. Facilitate effective communication across all levels and departments, fostering transparency and alignment. Represent the CEO in meetings and internal & external communication, delivering clear and concise messaging. Stay abreast of trends and market dynamics, proactively providing relevant insights to the leadership team.
