Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business growth strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging trends.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.

Innovation and Improvement:

  • Identify and recommend innovative solutions and strategies to enhance business operations and market positioning.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine growth strategies to ensure they remain effective and relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a similar role in the engineering or energy sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving targets.
