Strategic Supply Chain Management role requires a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of supply chain strategies across the region.

  • Develop and execute strategic network plans for efficient product distribution.
  • Optimize the use of resources, including manpower, warehouse, and logistics.
  • Design and track supply performance metrics for real-time updates and predictable outcomes.
  • Conduct sales and operations planning meetings with the sales team and key customers.
  • Map critical supply chain processes and develop SOPs, training modules, and case studies.
  • Build and empower a supply chain leadership team to solve day-to-day problems.
  • Participate in business and organizational strategy development as a member of the management team.
  • Ensure compliance to safety and quality standards.
  • Manage staffing and resources, and supply chain team performance.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Master's in supply chain management is an advantage.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a national supply chain manager.
  • Direct hands-on management of multi-site warehouses.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
  • Vendor managed inventory (VMI) experience.
  • Membership of a supply chain body is an added advantage.
