Job Title: Administrative Officer

At BAYKINS GROUP, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our office supplies stock, ensuring that we always have the necessary materials to operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of our office supplies stock, including tracking levels and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with branches to determine their office needs and distribute supplies accordingly.
  • Document Management: Properly record and file all official documents, ensuring that they are easily accessible and secure.
  • Financial Management: Process payments for FIRS, LIRS, PAYE, and Pension, as well as manage the procurement and distribution of data, airtime, and PHCN tokens.
  • Operational Support: Ensure adherence to approved budget and provide operational support to the team as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop subordinates to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Stock Management: Conduct monthly stock counts of the admin store to ensure that our supplies are accurately accounted for.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Location: Must reside close to Victoria Island

Compensation: Net pay: N70,000 - N90,000
