JOB SUMMARY

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is required.A minimum of 3 years experience as a CNA is preferred.Compassionate and patient with a strong desire to help others.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Help patients with mobility, transferring them between beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.Monitor and record vital signs like temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.Report any changes in a patient's condition or behavior to the RN.Assist with medication administration under the supervision of an RN.Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols.Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and common areas.Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.Document patient care activities accurately and timely, including vital signs, medication administration, and patient responses.Participate in patient care planning discussions as needed.
