Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in research coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis software e.g., SPSS, R, STATA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing research projects in the technology or social enterprise sector.
  • Familiarity with AI and data science concepts.
