JOB SUMMARY

  • Designation: General Manager (SVP)
  • Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline, plus a relevant higher degree or professional qualification
    - Minimum 15 years of post-graduation work experience
    - Minimum 12 years of experience in banking, with 2 years as DGM/VP in at least 3 major areas of banking operations
    - Citi-specific knowledge is a plus
    - Well-versed in risk management and corporate governance concepts
  • Skills & Competencies:
    - Business-minded, client-focused, and commercially savvy
    - Execution-focused with a positive and winning mindset
    - Strong organizational and program management skills
    - Proactive controls minded with experience in leading cultural change

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead client-focused strategic initiatives to drive business growth
  • Support in implementing an effective Legal Entity governance model
  • Manage regulatory matters for the Legal Entity and drive accountability
  • Promote a culture of proactive controls and ensure risk management
  • Coordinate audit management and independent reviews
