Job Description

  • Get to know the company goals and collaborate with specific countries in charge of HR to handle policies, procedures and practices. Dig deep into analysis and do research regarding improving HR efficiency and productivity.

Duties

  • Analyze and evaluate the training needs of the company
  • Arrange and manage training initiatives with employees and management.
  • Create customized training programs for individuals and groups that cater to the company's specific requirements.
  • Support management in evaluating employees' abilities, performance and productivity for opportunities for enhancement using Performance Contracting.
  • Contribute to instilling the company's principles and strategy through training and enhancement projects.
  • Stay updated on training advancements, changes, and top practices.
  • Offer operational assistance to staff on issues concerning staff development strategies.
  • Ensure new staff members receive proper orientation.
  • Contribute to the shaping of guidelines and protocols.
  • Participate in the preparation of quarterly and annual training summaries.

Credentials

  • Should be based in VI and surroundings
  • Preference for female candidates
  • Minimum three years post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management or Training and Development role.
  • Evidence of ability to play a part in strategic organizational development efforts, such as boosting employee engagement, skills, culture, and capacity development
  • Possess outstanding customer service abilities with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication proficiencies
  • Strong documentation and time management skills
