Job Title: Business Development and Training Specialist

Join our team as a Business Development and Training Specialist, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering high-quality training programs.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Identify market opportunities and position the company to capitalize on such opportunities.
  • Professional Training and Course Sales: Market and sell professional trainings and courses to new clients.
  • Market Development: Develop new market opportunities for additional product volumes coming from current and future operating areas.
  • Training Delivery: Train prospective clients on professional courses and facilitate trainings in a conducive environment.
  • Business Development Strategies: Implement the company's business development strategies and conduct marketing & sales activities within the NYSC environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Communicate with existing clients while developing new relationships to grow the company's revenue.
  • Representative Role: Participate in forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
  • Organizational Development: Facilitate organizational development activities such as strategic planning & team building.
  • Strategic Objectives: Support strategic objectives by leading all marketing, business development, and sales initiatives to identify and develop new clients and maximize sales with existing accounts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum of HND / B.Sc / M.Sc.
  • Professional Qualifications: Professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • Facilitation and Training: Must have a strong ability to facilitate training and have a minimum of three facilitators.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Training and Development Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of training and development experience.
  • NYSC Environment Experience: Sales experience within the NYSC environment will be an added advantage.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals.
