Job Description:

  • Understand all products and business knowledge of the company.
  • Assess client needs, workflow processes, and unique priorities for software deployment.
  • Learn and understand business processes and rules.
  • Import pre-existing client data, design custom interfaces, modify metrics, and create custom reports.
  • Demonstrate and train users on application features.
  • Perform technical tasks for installing systems and components.
  • Engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the team lead or SBU head.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of active work experience in the financial or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of MS SQL, Oracle, and Excel.
  • Good knowledge of banking and financial applications, including credit management and treasury management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
