Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Assistant at Gtext Holdings located in Lagos.
- The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for managing purchase orders, utilizing analytical skills to assess market trends and pricing, overseeing purchasing processes, and handling procurement activities.
- Effective communication skills will be integral to liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in purchasing and procurement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and manage purchase orders
- Proficiency in procurement software and systems
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus
