Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Promote the travel packages and services to potential customers through presentations, demos, and other sales activities.
- Educate customers about the features and benefits of the travel packages to drive sales.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and progress towards sales targets.
- Assist customers in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are made according to customer preferences and budget.

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
