Growth Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Growth and Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth, improve brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
3. Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising).
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
5. Measure and report on marketing performance using data-driven metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition costs).
6. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a growth-oriented company.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
8. Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
Great to Have:
1. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
2. Knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
4. Experience with marketing project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
