Key responsibilities:
Market Research: Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to generate business opportunities.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales by developing strategies for new customer acquisition and increasing business with existing clients.
Brand Promotion: Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Customer Retention: Focus on retaining key clients through excellent service and relationship management.
New Outlet Development: Scout and identify potential locations for new store openings.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business progress.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the QSR, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute business strategies.
Strong knowledge of the Nigerian market, particularly in QSR or retail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
