At Pinnah Foods Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for driving growth and expansion in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and managing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conduct market trend analysis, customer needs assessment, and competitor activity monitoring to generate business opportunities.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop strategies for new customer acquisition and increase business with existing clients.
  • Brand Promotion: Implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Customer Retention: Focus on retaining key clients through excellent service and relationship management.
  • New Outlet Development: Scout and identify potential locations for new store openings.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business progress.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the QSR, hospitality, or retail sectors.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
